The faculty, faculty emeriti and staff directory information is updated from the USNH central personnel database every weekday, Monday through Friday, at noon. Faculty, faculty emeriti or staff who wish to change or correct their records in the directory can:

Send an e-mail that specifies the required change to HR.Services@unh.edu

Mail the requested change to Human Resources, 2 Leavitt Lane, Attn: Employee Records

Fax the requested change to a confidential, dedicated fax line at Human Resources: (603) 862-0517
Please Note: Faculty, faculty emeriti or staff who wish to change or correct their campus (UNH) email address record in the directory should contact the UNH IT Service Desk at (603) 862-2525. Requests for changes or corrections to their ACH (direct deposit and WTE notification) email address can be done by the employee through the WISE website.
